2012 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque 5-Door
Land Rover's newly revealed baby Range Rover model, the Evoque, will also be offered in a more practical five-door body style as these latest spy photos confirm. Last month, the British firm pulled the wraps off the three-door Evoque, which will arrive in European showrooms next summer with North America and other regions to follow in the fall of the same year. The five door version pictured here testing at the Nurburgring, will most likely go on sale in the first half of 2012.
The Evoque is the first Range Rover to offer breathtaking new sound systems developed in partnership with the high-end audio specialist Meridian. The premium Meridian offering is an 825W, 17-speaker system that delivers the ultimate in surround-sound performance.
Other features available to Range Rover Evoque customers include:
- Park Assist for automated parallel parking
- Blind Spot Monitoring system
- Surround Camera System with five digital cameras, including a reversing system
- Full dual-zone automatic climate control, featuring a Park Heater timer facility
- Hard drive navigation system
- DAB/FM/AM/Sirius tuners, with hard drive virtual 10xCD multiplayer
- Digital and Satellite TV, and DVD playback
- Rear seat entertainment package, with 8-inch video screens, digital wireless headphones and touch screen remote control
- Keyless entry system and powered tailgate
- Adaptive headlamps with Automatic High Beam Assist
- Heated windscreen, front seats and steering wheel
